The organiser and the venue

GRAOWL is organised by EPDC - Clameurs Events, the publisher named above, which also operates the Centre des Congrès Robert Schuman, 112 Rue aux Arènes, 57000 Metz, where the event takes place.

Tickets

Tickets are not sold on this site. When they go on sale they will be sold through a third-party ticketing platform, and the sale is a contract between you and that platform under its own terms of sale.

We are the organiser of the event, not the seller of the ticket. Refunds, transfers, name changes and payment disputes go to the platform first. Anything about the night itself comes to us.

Tickets are personal. Reselling them habitually, without the organiser's authorisation, is an offence under article 313-6-2 of the French Penal Code.

Age and alcohol

The event is 18+ with ID. No exceptions.

Where this site mentions the bar or anything served at it, French law requires the following notice, which we reproduce as written: « L'abus d'alcool est dangereux pour la santé, à consommer avec modération. » — Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; drink in moderation.

Selling or offering alcohol to a minor is an offence. So is serving someone already drunk. The bar will refuse both.

What belongs to whom

The GRAOWL name, the wordmark, the artwork, the photographs and the text on this site are protected. Reproducing them outside private use needs written permission.

The site's underlying code is ours. Third-party libraries keep their own licences.

If we have used something of yours without realising, write to us and we will take it down or credit it, whichever you prefer.

Reporting something illegal

Anything on this site that you believe is unlawful can be reported to hello@graowl.com. Tell us the page, what you saw and why you think it is unlawful.

We answer notices about illegal content quickly, and we keep a record of what was reported and what we did about it.

Accuracy and links

We do our best to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but details of the event — line-up, set times, opening hours, prices — can change. Where this site and the ticketing platform disagree, the platform's information at the time of purchase applies.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or their availability.

Your data

The only personal data this site collects is the email address you choose to give us, plus the technical minimum needed to keep the form working. The privacy notice sets all of it out, including how to get your address deleted.

The site sets no cookies. It counts its visits anonymously, without cookies, and you can switch even that off on the cookie page — which is why you were never shown a banner.

Applicable law

This site and this notice are governed by French law. Absent an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
